When you test it don't just shove the relay for the high beams in gentle press it in a little with the car on and the high beam switch moved to high beams. If by gently touching it to the relay socket it comes on it's a bad relay. I think it retails at a Hyundai dealer for about $16. Like.Make all 3 timing marks are dead on: crank and both cams. I have done several swaps in different vehicles and this one took me 5 days working 3-4 hours a night. You have to pull half the motor apart to get it out. If it shifts fine "engine off", that sorta rules out the shifter and linkage (not totally though). To test synchros, a "slow shift" or "double clutch/rev match" can test that. If you don't know what they are, look it up.Hand wash the car w/ a bucket, wash mit, and some car wash soap. With the soap, I don't think brands matter too much, but I like Kit soap.
